Okay, so I am veryyyyyy late to the whole podcast game, but over the past few months I’ve started to listen to a lot of different podcasts. Sometimes more than my Spotify playlists! I’ve always known about podcasts but could never really get into them. It wasn’t until I began watch David Dobrik’s vlogs on YouTube that I started listening to podcasts. I loved watching David’s videos so thought his podcast might be funny to listen to as well, and now I’m hooked.
I love how you can listen to them absolutely anywhere, for example, on my long drives to university, on the train into London, when I’m in the shower, in the background when I’m working (not the best idea when I get distracted very easily!), when I’m tidying up, when I’m cooking, literally at anytime! They really don’t take a lot of energy to listen to!
Although I started with David’s podcast, I have branched out into many more! There is literally a podcast for literally anything in the world, so what ever you are interested in, comedy, sport, art, film, you’re bound to find a podcast for you!
I listen to podcasts on Spotify which I never realised you could do before, but its great as I’m already paying the subscription for music so may as well use it for podcasts too! But if you don’t have Spotify, you can also listen to Podcasts on sooooo many other platforms such as Apple Music, Castro, Castbox, etc.
Here are a few of my favourite podcasts at the moment…
VIEWS with David Dobrik and Jason Nash
VIEWS is the first podcast I started listening to. It is hosted by YouTubers David Dobrik and Jason Nash.
“David Dobrik, a 22-year-old, sexy, millionaire YouTuber and Jason Nash, a 40-something single dad with a vlog of his own”. In their weekly podcast they take you behind-the-scenes of their vlogs and show you what living the “YouTube life” is really like.
This podcast is extremely entertaining and very funny to listen to. If you like watching these two on YouTube then you’ll definitely enjoy listening to them speak about their most intimate thoughts, discuss pop-culture, and dissect their own contentious relationship on the podcast.

Not Too Deep with Grace Helbig
Sticking with the YouTuber theme (a theme that continues through the majority of this blog post), Not Too Deep is a podcast hosted by YouTuber Grace Helbig and Jack Ferry.
“Not Too Deep is a ridiculous, silly, and unapologetically superficial interview podcast, that is more about the laughs than about the feels.”
I’ve been a subscriber to Grace for years, and I’m gutted that I’ve only just got into her podcast as its been around for a while, so I’ve been missing out! She has a very dry sense of humour and her sarcasm is right up my street. So if thats the sort of thing you’re in to, then you should definitely give it a listen.

Jenna & Julian Podcast
Again with the YouTubers, this self-hosted podcast is brought to you by YouTubers Jenna Marbles and Julien Solomita.
“We created this because we tend to have awesome, random, and sometimes drunk conversations that we realized had to be shared with the lovely internet world. So here we are.”
Like Grace, Jenna is one of the OG YouTubers that I watched, right from when I started getting into YouTube. If you are looking for something where you just want to have a right laugh, then this is the place to go! Their content is consistently lighthearted, personal, and fun – 10/10 would recommend! Although maybe don’t listen to it in public, unless you don’t mind people seeing you laugh out loud!

Couple of Issues
Oh look more YouTubers! Couple of Issues is a podcast hosted by YouTuber Carly Incontro and music producer Bruce Wiegner.
“Having met on a dating app in Los Angeles 2 years ago, this relationship is bound to have issues…but it’s not always with each other.”
I discovered Carly and Bruce’s podcast from watching David’s vlog. I enjoy watching Carly and Erin’s YouTube videos, so I thought I’d give this podcast a try. I never get bored listening to this podcast, they’re so fun to listen to and their relationship is very relatable sometimes, so you feel like you’re a part of the conversation!

YouT… oh wait, reality tv this time! Private Parts is a podcast hosted by stars of Made in Chelsea, Jamie Laing and Francis Boulle .
“Jamie Laing and Francis Boulle bare their souls to the world and read their personal diaries out loud. Joined by a celebrity guest each week, the chaps reveal the most intimate and sordid details of their lives.”
I loved watching these two on Made in Chelsea, so it seemed right to listen to their podcast too. They have so many interesting and funny guests, a lot of candid chat and lots of laughs. I love listening to what they have to say about their weeks and cultural things. I could listen to it all day long.
